Cupcakes

Well, after hearing some shocking news this morning, I wanted to do something to cheer me up. So I baked!  :)  And baked...12 regular cupcakes and 36 mini cupcakes later here I am.  Although, after talking to my mom about what to do with all this little delights, I've decided to take them to neighbors.  I already tried a couple of them so far though...and no answer.  So, hopefully later I will be able to give them to some people.  :)

I used a trusty Better Crocker Cake Mix because they are good and so easy.  I used Triple Fudge today and instead of adding water in the batter, I used milk.  I really like how moist and fluffy they turned out too!  :)

I practiced some of my decorating skills on the little ones with grass and some flowers.  Then on the bigger ones I just piped it, but they turned out quite pretty.  I made homemade frosting...with the secret family recipe, and it sure turned out well!  :)  I love that stuff!
