This summer I posted an easy punch that I grew up with. Well, here's a variation of it that I've had (and enjoyed) several times since we've been in the South.
2(+) liters Ginger Ale
1/2 gal. Sherbet (Any flavor works, but Lime is my fave still.)
Just Pour Ginger Ale in a punch bowl and slowly add in slightly melted sherbet. Stir and serve! (You may need to break up the sherbet, and you can do so with the serving ladle or other spatula or such.)
This is great for showers (bridal or baby), parties (holiday or other) or just a family gathering! Yum! It's so good....it's almost and possible addictive! :)
